[Dutch Lock Down Day Three Hundred Five]
In case you missed yesterday’s updated post, I tested NEGATIVE for COVID.
Go, me?
But just taking the test yesterday meant that my fever went away – I started feeling better already last night, so I wasn’t surprised when I woke up this morning feeling fine.
But first the news:
- Health experts ‘very worried’ about new virus strain, extra measures needed
- 75,000 vaccinated so far as nursing homes begin to inoculate residents
- 143 arrested following illegal anti-coronavirus in Amsterdam
Today was the perfect day to return to work after a few days out because MLK Day in America meant most of my colleagues were out today – a lot of meetings were cancelled.
I had plenty of time to catch up on email.
Meet with the boss.
And run through my talk for SheSharp Community Day this Friday.
Also, not that I’m counting down the days, but America will have a new president in a little less than two days.
Which, yes, is even making headlines here in the Netherlands.
Good luck, America.
We’re all rootin’ for you.
