[Dutch Lock Down Day One Hundred Ninety Five]
Feeling a million times better today, but also a million steps to go.
Feels good to progress.

But first the news:
- Coronavirus in the Netherlands: what you need to know, September 29
- Face mask obligation needs to come from gov’t, Amsterdam mayor says
- Reactions to stricter coronavirus measures in the Netherlands
I was a little bit scared going to sleep last night.
I lost SO MUCH time to screens, it was harder to fall asleep, and my belly felt, well, Not Good ™.
And while the night seemed just as restless as all the nights before, I woke up feeling, well, REFRESHED.
That doesn’t meant I woke up at five, no – definitely still woke up at six forty five, but I could actually get out of bed with some energy.
As opposed to a child’s painful elbow to my chest.
But, for example, just now I was writing this post, but then I thought I’d write down speeches I want to put together and got distracted by YouTube and now I’m back.
Yesterday, though, I might’ve just stayed on YouTube, drowning in a rabbit hole.
Today there are moments of awareness.
I’ll take it.
